** Regola offers Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for most products it resells as part of the reference architecture. Customers benefit because Regola has CMMC and NIST 800-171 focused-support.

*** Regola has 5+ years experience designing reference architectures for major federal information systems that received ATO. Should there be an assessment finding related to our reference architecture or our implementation, we will perform the necessary R&D and make changes to proactively address this for all customers. We expect this scenario to be relatively infrequent, given our experience.
